The Business Elite Congress is an association of effective entrepreneurs under the auspices of the IASHE Institute of Business. The Congress includes progressive managers and owners of commercial companies who have successfully implemented any program of the IASHE Institute of Business:

- Rating "Top 100 leaders of the international quality standard"

- Product quality certification according to the "ICSQ-775" standard

- Patenting innovations according to the "IOSCEAAD-775" standard

- Trade and industrial exhibitions "Progressive Quality XXI"

- Accreditation of products and businessmen at the Institute of Business of the IASHE.

The Congress also includes patrons, investors and founders of IASHE.

Congress status: a collegial public organization and an international civil society institute, which considers and resolves issues of international business, patronage, initiation and implementation of effective international projects, as well as the encouragement of progressive business initiatives and innovations.

The Congress operates in the mode of full-time and distance (correspondence) sessions. The quorum of the session is 50% of the members of the Congress plus 1 person.

The Congress elects for three years a permanent collegial governing body - the Assembly, as well as a President and two Vice-Presidents.

The competence of the Congress includes consideration of any issues that are naturally correspond (consistent) with the status of the organization and derived from the competence of the IASHE.

Конгресс Деловой Элиты – это объединение эффективных предпринимателей под эгидой Института Бизнеса IASHE. В состав Конгресса входят прогрессивные менеджеры и владельцы коммерческих компаний, которые успешно реализовали любую программу Института бизнеса IASHE:

В состав Конгресса также входят меценаты, инвесторы и учредители IASHE.

Статус Конгресса: коллегиальная общественная организация и международный институт гражданского общества, который рассматривает и разрешает вопросы ведения международного бизнеса, меценатства, инициирования и реализации эффективных международных проектов, а также поощрения прогрессивных бизнес-инициатив и инноваций.   

Конгресс функционирует в режиме проведения очных и дистанционных (заочных) сессий. Кворум сессии составляет 50 % членов Конгресса плюс 1 человек.

Конгресс на три года избирает постоянно действующий коллегиальный орган управления – Ассамблею, а также Президента и двух Вице-Президентов.

В компетенцию Конгресса входит рассмотрение любых вопросов, которые естественным образом соответствуют статусу организации и производны от компетенции IASHE.
