ATTENTION!!!

Currently, there are experimental (facilitated) rules for the functioning of science analytics federations, national and club teams. Such rules may differ from the standard norms of the Academy Regulations and have priority over them for the specified period.

* - The experimental format of the PlatoNicK project assumes special conditions for its functioning in the period after the reformatting of the GISAP project and up to the approval of the final version of the scientific and analytical programs of the Academy with the participation of attracted strategic partners (investors).

- IASHE managers will explain in detail to interested persons the current rules of functioning of scientific and analytical federations and teams, and will regularly advise such persons if necessary.

The list of the active National research analytics teams, as well as the numerical and personal composition of their members within the PlatoNicK project are in the process of formation and are constantly being updated.

National research analytics teams

1. National team – an elite community of scientists-analysts, which represent the relevant country and successfully participate in the PlatoNicK project in every reporting year.

2. The list of National team members is not constant and can be changed every following reporting year in quantitative and personal composition.

3. National teams personify, represent and glorify their countries, demonstrate the following level of development of the national scientific thought within the framework of the realization of the PlatoNicK project and the holding of research analytical championships.

4. There are two types of National teams: aggregative (interdisciplinary) National team and the whole list of sectoral National teams. Aggregative (interdisciplinary) National team is the official participant of continental and world championships among National research analytical teams in every category. Sectoral National teams are formally singled out (on the basis of the scientific-sectoral principle) parts of the interdisciplinary National team. There can be only one aggregative (interdisciplinary) National team under the aegis of every Federation. This team may consist of not more than 22 sectoral National teams (one sectoral National team for every branch of science, following the problems of which the scientific analysis championships of the PlatoNicK project are held). The number of sectoral National teams within the interdisciplinary National team on the one hand depends on the factual success of scientists – representatives of the relevant country in research analytical championships; on the other hand it depends on facts of registration (in the IASHE) of every new diploma-holder – member of the PlatoNicK  project and the Federation as a member of interdisciplinary National team.

5. Sectoral National teams can be formed and operate under the aegis of every Federation (according to the number of the basic branches of science of the PlatoNicK project). Together these tams form the aggregative (interdisciplinary) National team. Types of sectoral National teams:

5.1. National team in the field of architecture and construction sciences;

5.2. National team in the field of biological sciences;

5.3. National team in the field of veterinary sciences;

5.4. National team in the field of military sciences;

5.5. National team in the field of Earth sciences; (including the geography, geology and

mineralogy);

5.6. National team in the field of Art history;

5.7. National team in the field of historical sciences;

5.8. National team in the field of cultural sciences;

5.9. National team in the field of medical sciences;

5.10. National team in the field of educational sciences;

5.11. National team in the field of political sciences;

5.12. National team in the field of psychology;

5.13. National team in the field of agricultural sciences;

5.14. National team in the field of sociological sciences;

5.15. National team in the field of technical sciences;

5.16. National team in the field of pharmaceutical sciences;

5.17. National team in the field of physical and mathematical sciences;

5.18. National team in the field of philology;

5.19. National team in the field of philosophy;

5.20. National team in the field of chemical sciences;;

5.21. National team in the field of economics and management;

5.22. National team in the field of juridical sciences.

6. Through participation of its members in research analytical championships every officially formed sectoral National team affects the results of aggregative (interdisciplinary) National team in continental and world championships among National research analytics teams in all categories (on sectoral and interdisciplinary scale).

В текущий период времени действуют экспериментальные* (облегченные) правила функционирования федераций научной аналитики, национальных и клубных команд по научной аналитике. Такие правила могут отличаться от стандартных норм Регламентов Академии и имеют перед ними приоритет на указанный период. 

*  - Экспериментальный формат проекта PlatoNicK предполагает особые условия его функционирования в период после переформатирования проекта GISAP и вплоть до утверждения окончательной версии научно-аналитических программ Академии при участии привлеченных стратегических партнеров (инвесторов).   

- Менеджеры IASHE подробно разъяснят заинтересованным лицам текущие правила функционирования научно-аналитических федераций и команд, а также будут регулярно консультировать таких лиц при любой необходимости.

Перечень действующих Национальных сборных Команд по научной аналитике, а также численный и персональный состав их членов в рамках проекта PlatoNicK находятся в процессе формирования и постоянно обновляется.

Национальные сборные Команды по научной аналитике

1. Сборная Команда – это элитное сообщество ученых-аналитиков, представляющих соответствующую страну, которые в каждом текущем отчетном году являются успешными участниками проекта PlatoNicK.

2. Состав Сборной Команды не является постоянным на протяжении длительного времени и в каждом текущем отчетном году может изменяться как по количественному, так и персональному составу.

3. Сборные Команды олицетворяют, представляют и призваны прославлять свои страны, демонстрируют текущий уровень развития национальной научной мысли в рамках реализации проекта PlatoNicK и проведения первенств по научной аналитике.

4. Сборные Команды могут быть двух видов: сводная (межотраслевая) Сборная Команда и совокупно входящие в её состав отраслевые Сборные Команды. Сводная (межотраслевая) Сборная Команда является официальным участником континентальных и мировых первенств среди Национальных сборных Команд по научной аналитике во всех номинациях, а входящие в её состав отраслевые Сборные Команды являются формально выделяемыми по научно-отраслевому признаку составными частями сводной (межотраслевой) Сборной Команды. Под эгидой каждой Федерации может функционировать только одна сводная (межотраслевая) Сборная Команда, максимально состоящая из 22 отраслевых Сборных Команд (по одной отраслевой Сборной Команде на каждую отрасль науки, по проблемам которой в рамках проекта PlatoNicK проводятся первенства по научной аналитике). Количество отраслевых Сборных Команд в составе межотраслевой Сборной Команды зависит от фактических успехов ученых-представителей соответствующей страны в первенствах по научной аналитике и факта регистрации в МАНВО каждого нового дипломанта – участника проекта PlatoNicK и члена Федерации в качестве члена межотраслевой Сборной Команды.

5. Под эгидой каждой Федерации могут формироваться и функционировать отраслевые Сборные Команды (сообразно количеству базовых отраслей наук, по проблемам которых в рамках проекта PlatoNicK проводятся первенства по научной аналитике), которые совокупно составляют сводную (межотраслевую) Сборную Команду страны, следующих видов:

5.1. Сборная Команда в области архитектуры и строительных наук;

5..2. Сборная Команда в области биологических наук;

5.3. Сборная Команда в области ветеринарных наук;

5.4. Сборная Команда в области военных наук

5.5. Сборная Команда в области наук о Земле (с учетом географических и геолого-

минералогических наук);

5.6. Сборная Команда в области искусствоведения;

5.7. Сборная Команда в области исторических наук;

5.8. Сборная Команда в области культурологии;

5.9. Сборная Команда в области медицинских наук;

5.10. Сборная Команда в области педагогических наук;

5.13. Сборная Команда в области сельскохозяйственных (аграрных) наук;

5.14. Сборная Команда в области социологических наук;

5.15. Сборная Команда в области технических наук;

5.16. Сборная Команда в области фармацевтических наук;

5.17. Сборная Команда в области физико – математических наук;

5.18. Сборная Команда в области филологических наук;

5.19. Сборная Команда в области философских наук;

5.20. Сборная Команда в области химических наук;

5.21. Сборная Команда в области экономических наук и менеджмента;

5.22. Сборная Команда в области юридических наук.

6. Каждая из официально сформированных отраслевых Сборных Команд, посредством участия её членов в первенствах по научной аналитике, тем самым влияет на результаты сводной (межотраслевой) Сборной Команды в континентальных и мировых первенствах среди Национальных сборных Команд по научной аналитике во всех номинациях (на отраслевых и межотраслевом уровне).
